Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping delays may occur
due to high volume, poor weather or carrier delays.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $17.95 flat rate shipping to all lower 48 states.

Free shipping for orders over $100.

 

International Shipping

USPS Domestic (US): 5-9 business days approx.

- UPS Domestic (US): 5-7 business days approx.

- GlobalPost (International): 12-16 business days approx.

- DHL Express (International): 5-6 business days approx.

Standard International Shipping Policy for Maximum Golf Performance

Shipping Destinations: We ship our nutritional supplements worldwide to most countries. However, due to local regulations and restrictions, we may not be able to ship to certain countries. If we are unable to ship to your destination, you will be notified during the checkout process.

Shipping Rates: International shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the destination country. Shipping rates will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your order.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All international shipments may be subject to customs, duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine any additional costs prior to placing your order.

Shipping Times: International shipping times may vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method chosen during checkout. Typically, international shipments can take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days to arrive. Please note that these shipping times are estimates and do not account for potential delays due to customs clearance or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please be aware that tracking information may not be immediately available for all shipping methods and may take some time to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and either resend the order or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Returns and Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products and international shipping regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for international orders. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.

How do I check the status of my order? 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@maximumgolfperformance.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.

Refunds, returns and exchanges 

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. We do not offer refunds however you can return the product for an exchange. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you an exchange. Click here for full return policy.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@maximumgolfperformance.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
